Collaborators

Creekulum is a collaborative and collective pedagogical practice. Our processes evolved by cultivating the art of attention to emergent processes, being flexible and open to change our route. We practice deep listening to young people, and also the more than human world on Wurundjeri Country. The principle that brought us together was the shared desire to learn from First Nations leaders how to practice Care for Country in our local area as migrants-settlers and settlers in these lands and waters. We recognise the importance of working against epistemicide by bringing together ecologies of knowledges that privilege First Nations voices. We all acknowledge that sovereignty has never been ceded and Caring for Country is responsibility of all.
